A full travel desk built into the same panel as the rest of the network: train tickets under an authorised IRCTC sub-agent model, flights, buses, cabs, hotels, packages, cruises and visa paperwork. Bookings draw on the same wallet, cancellations and refunds are tracked against the original booking rather than handled as loose credits, and every ticket carries the supplier reference the customer will need if plans change.
