Refund & Cancellation
Last updated: 19 August 2026
How refunds and cancellations are handled across transactions, subscriptions and hardware.
Failed transactions
A transaction confirmed as failed is refunded automatically to the wallet it was funded from. A transaction whose outcome is not yet known is held as pending rather than refunded, because refunding a transaction that in fact succeeded pays out twice. Pending items are resolved on the network return file or by an operator.
Disputed transactions
Raise a dispute from the platform or through your upline. Disputes involving a third-party biller or bank follow that network timeline, which we will tell you when the dispute is raised.
Platform subscriptions
Licence and subscription fees, notice periods and cancellation terms are set out in the signed agreement for each deployment, including whether any part of a paid period is refundable on cancellation.
Hardware
Faulty devices are replaced under the warranty terms supplied with them, which set the return window and the conditions a device must meet to qualify. Physical damage and tampering are not covered by a warranty replacement.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are credited to the wallet or account the payment came from. Timing for a credit back to a bank account depends on that bank and the payment network.
