Getting started

How joining works

  1. 1Choose your tierDecide whether you are serving customers from one counter or building a network across a territory. You can move up a tier later without changing platform or losing history.
  2. 2Complete KYCIdentity is verified against the authority that issued it, not transcribed from a photocopy: Aadhaar with your consent, PAN against the income tax database, and your bank account confirmed by a penny drop.
  3. 3Get approvedYour application is reviewed by the tier above you, or by us if you are joining at the top. Approval is per stage, so a single missing document does not send you back to the start.
  4. 4Fund and startAdd funds to your wallet by bank transfer or from your upline, and begin transacting. Commission is credited to the same wallet as you earn it.

FAQ

Before you sign up

What do I need to sign up?

Aadhaar, PAN and a bank account in your own name, plus a mobile number you can receive an OTP on. Business tiers also need proof of the business entity. Everything is verified digitally, so there is nothing to post.

How and when am I paid?

Commission is credited to your wallet as each transaction completes, not on a monthly cycle, and you can withdraw the balance to your bank account. There is no waiting period between earning and being able to use it.

Can I move to a higher tier later?

Yes. Your account, history and network move with you, so upgrading does not mean starting again or losing the retailers you have already appointed.

Do I need to buy hardware?

Not for most services. Recharges, bill payments, money transfer, travel and insurance need only a browser. A biometric scanner is required for AePS specifically, and a Micro ATM terminal for card-based withdrawal.

What does it cost to join?

Joining costs vary by tier and are confirmed before you commit to anything. We will not quote a figure here that turns out not to apply to you.
