FAQ
About hotel booking
What is the difference between a refundable and a non refundable rate?
A refundable rate can be cancelled without penalty until the cutoff shown at booking. A non refundable rate is charged in full from the moment it is confirmed, whatever the reason for cancelling. The saving on a non refundable rate is real, and so is the risk, so the customer should be told which one they are buying.
