Flight Booking

Air ticketing across domestic and international carriers, with live inventory and fares from the airline and consolidator sources. The counter issues the ticket, holds the PNR, and handles date changes and cancellations against the same booking record rather than sending the customer to the airline alone.

What you get

  • Domestic and international carriers, including low cost and full service
  • One way, return and multi city itineraries
  • Fare rules, baggage allowance and change penalties shown before issue
  • Ticket issued instantly with the airline PNR and e-ticket by email and SMS
  • Date change, cancellation and refund tracked against the original booking
  • Commission earned on issue, adjusted if the ticket is later cancelled

How it works

  1. 1Search and compareLive fares across carriers, with the fare rules and baggage allowance shown alongside the price rather than buried after payment.
  2. 2Enter passengers exactly as on IDNames must match the travel document. An airline name correction is a chargeable amendment on most carriers and impossible on some, so this is the step to slow down on.
  3. 3Issue against the walletThe fare is debited from the counter wallet and the ticket is issued with the airline PNR. The e-ticket goes to the passenger by email and SMS.
  4. 4Amend or cancelChanges and cancellations run against the original booking under the airline fare rules, with any refund credited back to the wallet.

FAQ

About flight booking

A passenger name was entered wrongly. Can it be fixed?

It depends entirely on the airline. Some allow a minor spelling correction for a fee, some require a cancel and rebook at the current fare, and some do not permit a change at all. Because the outcome is the airline decision rather than ours, the name confirmation step before issue is the real safeguard.

When is commission on a ticket actually earned?

On issue, but it is not final until the travel window passes. A cancelled ticket typically reverses the commission along with the fare, so a counter should not treat a booking made today as settled earnings.
