Company Compliance

Everything a private limited company, an OPC or an LLP owes the Registrar of Companies, from the day it is incorporated to the day it is struck off. The recurring filings carry fixed due dates and a per-day penalty regime with no cap worth relying on, so the work here is mostly about the calendar: knowing what falls due, preparing it ahead of the date, and keeping the statutory records that an inspection or a due diligence will ask to see.
