How it works

  1. 1Enter the numberThe operator and circle are detected from the number and shown for confirmation, so a mistyped prefix is caught before a plan is chosen.
  2. 2Pick a plan or an amountChoose from the live plan catalogue, or enter a free amount where the operator permits it.
  3. 3Submit and confirmThe request goes to the operator and returns a confirmed success, a confirmed failure, or a pending state carrying the operator reference.
  4. 4Hand over the receiptThe receipt shows the number, plan and operator reference. That reference is what settles any later dispute with the telco.

About mobile recharge

The recharge shows pending and the customer has already paid. What now?

It stays pending and the wallet stays debited. A pending recharge is most often one that succeeded and lost its response, so reversing it on elapsed time alone refunds a recharge the customer actually received. It resolves on the operator confirmation or by a support ticket carrying the operator reference, never on a timer.

What if the recharge goes to the wrong number?

A successful recharge to a valid number cannot be pulled back by us, because the value has already landed on that connection. This is why the number, operator and circle are shown for confirmation before submission, and why the confirmation screen is worth the extra second.
