FAQ
About pos machines
A terminal has failed. Is the counter down until it is repaired?
No, faulty units are replaced rather than repaired in place — a counter that cannot take cards is losing money every hour. Raise it from the dashboard and the replacement is dispatched pre-configured for that merchant, so there is no re-pairing when it arrives.
Do I need a separate device for UPI?
No. One terminal takes cards, UPI QR and wallets, and everything settles into the same wallet and the same report. Running separate devices per payment method is how a counter ends up reconciling three sets of books.
