How it works
- 1Confirm the operator is eligibleCash withdrawal against a card requires the operator to be onboarded and KYC-complete before a device is issued.
- 2Supply and pairThe terminal is paired to the operator before dispatch, so the certified pinpad is bound to a known counter rather than an open device.
- 3Start transactingWithdrawal, balance enquiry and mini statement, with the customer entering their PIN on the certified pad, never on a phone.
- 4Settle into the same walletCash paid out is reimbursed into the operator wallet on the normal settlement cycle, alongside every other service.
FAQ
About micro atm devices
Why can the customer not enter their PIN on the operator's phone?
Because a PIN may only be entered on a certified pinpad. That certification is what protects the customer, and it is the reason a Micro ATM is a specific piece of hardware rather than an app — a phone keypad cannot be certified for the purpose.
Which cards work?
RuPay, Visa and Mastercard debit. The customer's own bank does not need any relationship with us; the transaction is routed to whichever bank issued the card.
